HUNTSMAN PRODUCTS HAS RECENTLY CHANGED ITS WARRANTY POLICIES. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY. Kedman Company, Huntsman Products Division, warranties all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ONE year from the date of purchase with verification of purchase date. (Exceptions: all electronic lenses have limited warranties for one year, plus the option of an extended replacement for two years). Huntsman's obligation under this warranty shall be at our option to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any product or portion thereof determined by Huntsman to be defective. Kedman Company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of any use of any product. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. No deviations from these manufacturer's warranties is authorized. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC LENSES AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT IMPLEMENTING THE PROCESS? Warranty and/or Service for all electronic lenses: Limited Warranty: Huntsman® Products, a division of Kedman Company, warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the end user. Proof of purchase is required to establish the warranty date and must include the serial number (located in the battery compartment on AutoView® and on the back of the lens on the Solex® lenses). The purchaser's only remedy under this warranty, at Kedman Company's sole option, is the replacement or refund of the purchase price of the defective product. This warranty does not cover product malfunctions or damage resulting from product tampering, misuse or abuse. Please follow the operating Instructions carefully to maintain the warranty. Kedman Company will replace any AutoView® or Solex® lens not covered by warranty within three (3) years of purchase for a flat fee (price subject to change without notice).
