Black Jack 460 4" Tire Plugs. 4", large diameter tire plugs are manufactured for the professional by Black Jack. These plugs are self-vulcanizing and made with a blend of butyl rubber, elastomers and high-tensile strength fiber. Carbon-Black has been added to enhance strength and color.
