"I have used this iron for 10 years and the only problems i have had has been the temp adjustment that was fixed with a small eyeglass screwdriver. the only other issue was it had trouble lighting when the altitude I used it at was over 5000' above sea level. A quick adjustment of the temp fixed that problem. It is the best iron I have ever used."
