"I like this tool & it's very comfortable, but I have to spin the wheel every few times i use it to get the wheel moving. I also don't think the RPM's are 5000. I hope with more use that it will get better. But, Arizona Tools said that if it doesn't get better, they will send me info on someone who can fix it under warranty"
