The Mikey 200 Series was designed to increase the speed and lesson the aggravation of the removal of broken exhaust manifold mounting studs in General Motors 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, and 6.2L V8 engines. Utilizing existing 10MM tapped holes in the head, and four hardened steel drill bushings. The Mikey provides precise alignment for fast and easy repair. The Mikey Tool delivers speed, efficiency and utmost accuracy in drilling and subsequent assistance in the removal of the remaining portion of a damaged exhaust manifold mounting stud. Theres no need to use a center punch to mark the damaged stud. Since it can be mounted in any of eight orientations, accessing every single stud, the instrument is both versatile and universal. The Mikey Tool features four press fit hardened steel (Rc62) USA made for life drill bushings.
