This American made retractable extension cord reel has a 12/3 40' retractable POWER SUPPLY CORD and a 12/3 18" fixed cord with a 15 amp receptacle.
The retracting power supply cord also has a 15 amp circuit breaker located near the plug.
This unit also comes with a two piece slide mount hardware package.
